What you'll need at your site

Minimum requirements for an Aagman install.

  • AC power outlet at the reception counter
  • Internet connectivity (wired or Wi-Fi); offline mode keeps the kiosk running during outages
  • Reception counter ≥ 60 cm width for countertop install, OR wall space behind reception for wall-mount
  • A site admin contact for visitor data and host directory configuration

Pricing questions

How much does Aagman cost?

Aagman is sold on a CapEx plus AMC basis. The hardware and one-time setup are charged as CapEx; software updates, support, and language additions are bundled into an annual maintenance contract (AMC). Each deployment is quoted per site — request a quote for site-specific numbers.

Is there a per-visitor fee?

No. AMC covers software updates, support, and visitor volume regardless of how many visitors check in. We don't bill per check-in.
