The kiosk
The front desk that talks back.
A kiosk that speaks and listens in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and keeps working when your internet does not. The silent tablet form was never a receptionist.
4 weeks live in production at a Maharashtra plant · 200+ logged check-ins · 1 in 3 completed offline, synced with zero data lost
Figures from the deployment's production database, June 2026. Customer unnamed.
नमस्कार! तुम्ही कोणाला भेटायला आला आहात?
The conversation loop
Greet, listen, confirm, done.
A real reception turn, run the same way every time. The visitor talks; the kiosk listens and shows back what it heard, ready to correct.
It greets, out loud
Aagman speaks first. It welcomes the arrival and asks who they are here to meet, in English, Hindi, or Marathi, with more languages added as a site needs them.
Hardware, honestly
A purpose-built kiosk, or your own tablet.
Same software, same conversation, same offline log. The only choice is the device the gate needs.

Online or off
At our live plant deployment, about one in three completed check-ins happened while the site internet was down. Each synced when the line returned, with zero data lost. The gate never went dark.

What it deliberately does not do
A conversation with rails, not an open-ended chatbot.
Trust at a security gate comes from knowing exactly what the system will and will not do. Aagman is built to stay inside the lines you set.
- Open-ended AI chatinstead: follows scripts you approve and asks only the questions you set.
- ID / Aadhaar / PAN scanninginstead: no biometrics or fingerprints of any kind.
- Badge or thermal printinginstead: a digital record and a WhatsApp alert, not a plastic card.
- Improvising on your processinstead: the flow is a deterministic state machine, not a chatbot.
