About

Kaizen Labs Technologies LLP

We turn manual operations into software that runs. AI workflows, internal tools and custom platforms for businesses whose real work happens outside the ERP, and Aagman, our own product, built the same way.

The problem we solve

Most businesses do not lack software. They have an ERP, a CRM and a folder of spreadsheets, and the real operation still runs in the gaps between them, on email, WhatsApp, phone calls and people chasing each other.

That gap is where the delays, the duplicated work and the reconciliation cost live. It is the part we build for.

What we do

Three things: AI operations implementation, where AI can reliably classify, extract, reconcile or escalate work. Custom operations software, when off-the-shelf tools do not fit the workflow. And product engineering, from prototype through to deployment.

We have shipped into manufacturing, healthcare, construction and professional services. Aagman, our AI front desk for industrial sites, is our own product, and it is one project among several rather than the whole company.

How we work

Three principles, no exceptions.

Pilot first.

Every customer starts with a paid pilot at one site. We earn the right to expand by getting one site to work first.

Own the number.

Before we build anything we agree the one measure that matters: orders shipped per shift, days to collect, vehicles through the gate. If it does not move, we say so instead of selling a rollout.

Fit what you own.

Your ERP stays. Your spreadsheets stay. Your team keeps using email and WhatsApp. We layer on top rather than running a migration project.
