Pilots open for Q3

Throughput up. Headcount flat.

We build AI around the way your business already runs, so the repetitive work disappears and nobody has to learn a new tool.

How we work with you

We are not another tool for your team to learn. We take the work off them.

Most software hands you a screen and a training plan, then leaves the outcome to you. We build a layer that sits on top of the systems you already pay for, absorbs the work that moves between them, and answers for the result.

01 / Fits what you already own

We layer on top of your systems, we do not replace them.

Your ERP stays. Your spreadsheets stay. Your team keeps using email and WhatsApp. The Kaizen layer sits above all of it and does the retyping, chasing and reconciling that people do by hand between those systems today.

No migration project and no rip and replace
Works with the tools your team already opens every day
Live in weeks, because nothing has to be switched off
02 / Owns the outcome

We are hired for a number, not a feature list.

Before we build anything we agree the one measure that matters to your business, whether that is orders shipped per shift, days to collect payment, or vehicles through the gate. The system is designed backwards from that number and we report against it.

One agreed metric per pilot, fixed scope, fixed fee
Progress judged by your operating numbers, not our roadmap
If the number does not move we say so instead of selling a rollout
03 / Built for growth, not just clean up

We look for the work that is capping your revenue.

Cutting effort is the easy half. What matters is that the same team can then take more orders, open the next site, or answer customers faster. We start where manual work is holding growth back, and where it is not, we say so.

Aimed at capacity, speed to cash and customer response
Proven at one site first, then repeated at the next
The pattern becomes a product once it works in five places

01 / DIAGNOSE
We map one workflow end to end and put a price on the waste.
02 / SHIP
A paid pilot at one site with a fixed scope and a date. A working system, not a deck.
03 / SCALE
We earn the next site by making the first one work.

Questions we get

All questions
We are not a tech company. Is this for us?

Most of our clients are not. If your team repeats the same task every day and it slows down revenue or output, that is the starting point. You describe the workflow in plain language and we handle the rest.

How long before we see something working?

A pilot runs at one site with a fixed scope and a fixed date, usually a few weeks. You get a working system in your hands, not a report about one.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

No. We sit on top of what you own, whether that is an ERP, spreadsheets, email or WhatsApp, and take over the work that moves between them.

Will our team have to learn something new?

That is the part we design hardest. The system meets people where they already are, so adoption is not a project of its own.

What does it cost?

Pilots are priced as a fixed fee against a fixed scope, so you know the number before we start. Rollout is priced per site once the pilot proves the case.
