Integration
Aagman + Microsoft Teams.
For organisations on Microsoft 365: visitor check-in pings hosts inside Teams chat with adaptive cards. Replies trigger the next action.
Setup
IT installs once. Reception works forever.
- 1Your IT admin installs the Aagman Teams app via the manifest.
- 2Consent flow grants Aagman send-message scope for the bot.
- 3Each Aagman site is paired with a host directory (Azure AD users or a custom list).
- 4Visitor check-in at the kiosk → adaptive card in the host's Teams chat.
- 5Host's reply → kiosk shows the next step to the visitor.

Teams integration FAQ
How does Aagman integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Aagman ships an Azure AD app and a Teams bot that posts visitor notifications as adaptive cards in the host's 1:1 chat. Hosts can reply with a tap; the response flows back to the kiosk for the visitor.
Do we need to install anything in our tenant?
Yes — your IT admin installs the Aagman Teams app to your tenant. We provide the manifest and walk through the consent flow during onboarding. No additional licences are required beyond your existing Teams seats.
Can we route notifications to a Teams channel instead of 1:1 chat?
Yes. Each Aagman site can be configured to fan out to a designated Teams channel (for example, #reception) or to direct-message a host based on the host directory.
What if the host is on Slack or Google Chat instead?
WhatsApp Business is the default and works for everyone. Teams is an enterprise alternative. Slack and Google Chat are on the roadmap — talk to us if you need them now.
