Ten answers
We are not a tech company. Is this for us?

Most of our clients are not. If your team repeats the same task every day and it slows down revenue or output, that is the starting point. You describe the workflow in plain language and we handle the rest.

How long before we see something working?

A pilot runs at one site with a fixed scope and a fixed date, usually a few weeks. You get a working system in your hands, not a report about one.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

No. We sit on top of what you own, whether that is an ERP, spreadsheets, email or WhatsApp, and take over the work that moves between them.

Will our team have to learn something new?

That is the part we design hardest. The system meets people where they already are, so adoption is not a project of its own.

What does it cost?

Pilots are priced as a fixed fee against a fixed scope, so you know the number before we start. Rollout is priced per site once the pilot proves the case.

How do you decide what to automate first?

We look for work that is manual, repeated daily and measurable. Those three together mean the result is visible within weeks rather than quarters.

What happens to the people doing that work today?

In every project so far they kept their jobs and lost the parts nobody wanted. The gate guard still runs the gate. He just stopped writing in a book.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, data and documentation are handed over. Our products are licensed, our project work is yours.

How do you handle our data?

Data stays inside your environment wherever that is possible, access is scoped to the workflow, and we sign whatever your legal team needs before we start.

What if the pilot does not work?

Then it stops there and you have spent a fixed, known amount to find out. We would rather lose a pilot than sell a rollout that will not land.
